CARDER AMSTERDAM orders are sent out with DHL couriers. A tracking number is supplied via email after the order is processed. 

Returns and Exchanges?

No problem!

We sincerely hope you are happy with your CARDER AMSTERDAM purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 days period in an unworn and unused condition.

 

What are the return conditions?

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason.    

Items must be returned to us unworn and suitable for resale with labels still attached.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.

 

NOTE: 

For items purchased during our Sale, Carder Amsterdam does not offer the possibility for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for an other item from the collection or can be redeemed for store credit. 

 

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

1. Send us an email at support@carder-amsterdam.com

With the following information:

*order number

*which pieces you are going to return or exchange

*(+ which replacement you want of course!).

We will send you our return form.

2. Fill in the return form. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.

3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package. 

4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

*We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount due to loss of value if the product and / or packaging has been used or damaged. Labels cannot be removed from the original product.

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time repair of the product - free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. You need to send us a photo or video of the damage. There is a £50 repair fee (or equivalent currency exchange at date of initial request to repair) if you encounter future problems, after a replacement has been sent. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage).
To redeem the guarantee you will need to contact the support team with photos or videos of your damaged product + an explanation.

Customers are liable to cover the costs for shipping the product(s) back to CARDER AMSTERDAM, when returning for a repair or replacement.
